I know right.. they think their so cool and special ... y can't I get a blue smock...

Because wal-mart has learned that their employess will not ask if you need help, so they wear a blue smock and in big yellow letters on the back it says how can I help you.

This is their required work uniform. They don't get to pick what they want to wear to work. I know they wish they could!!!!

cuz its their uniform and walmart didnt want 2 spend to much money on uniforms just like they dont spend alot on employee healthcare

because they do not have to wear uniforms so they need something to distinguish them from the customer.... they are not fashionable but they should not be!!!!
