kovachagen here. Those items are all items that are being given out by Audrey when you spot her in downtown millsberry. All you have to do is visit the shops in downtown millsberry and browse around the shop until you find her. I've had a lot of success with picking one shop (like the grocery shop) and just visiting each page until she pops up.
It seems that the pen and the hat are the most common gifts from Audrey, followed by the notebook. The framed gazette article and the voice recorder are extremely rare and hard to come by.
Sorry, I really don't have any spares or I would send them to you.

Hi. Ill send the Press hat if i get more and of course the pen. But you can find them in downtown in this shops:Peterson's Construction & Hardware Emporium,Furniture Store,Clothing Store,Grocery Store, Pebody Park and I think also in Home Entertainment Superstore. Hope I helepd. As Ritcher36 said the voice recorder and the Article thing is very , very hard to find. Hope I helped!
