To the fans of the show I have been watching since the first episode and I love it. I am somewhat disappointed in Mark Antony's character however. I'm not saying that the actor who plays him is not good, he is, but I expected Mark Antony to have more class and polish. I know he was a drunk and womanizer according to the history books but this guy in the series is a savage. Thoughts from fans of the show only.

Mark Antony must have had something to get Cleopatra to fall for him, so I agree with your thoughts on the portrayal of him in "Rome"

I think James Purfoy and those who are directing him are right on target with who Mark Antony really was. It is definitly an eye-opener to those who are familar with him, or those who are fixated by the "Julius Caeser" version of him that we learned in high school.

It is just too bad that the series is ending after season 2.
