Sir: I am sorry but you are incorrect. The EV for Mars would be less than it is on Earth, and Mars also has a thinner atmosphere.
So any rocket capable of reaching EV on Earth would also be capable of doing the same thing on Mars.

The problem is that there are no readily available rocket stores on Mars where one could purchase a fully fueled rocket, ready to go. So, I guess one would have to build one and ship it all the way to Mars to try it out. Wow, that means that the Freighter Space Ship running from Earth to Mars is going to have to be
a really, really big space ship to do what it normally does and also carry another fully equipped space ship inside.

Umm-m, that might be a bit of a problem in these days and times. Check in with me in about 20 years and I will look at
this problem again for you.

Wrong EV of Mars is lower than Earth.
So it is possible.
But, you have to land the rocket on Mars.
This requires a very large rocket from Earth.
At the moment this is about at the edge of our technology.

Gravity on Mars is less than gravity on Earth.
Atmospheric density is less on Mars than on Earth.
Atmospheric thickness is less on Mars than on Earth.
Therefore, it should be easier to get a rocket off of Mars than Earth. Assuming you already have a fully-fueled rocket on Mars that is capable of getting off of Earth, yes, it could definately get off of Mars.
