If all of the above fail to please. Go to a stationary store or office depot, office max, staples.

They usually have the forms most commonly used in your area. Be sure to get the application, credit app and the lease application. You will need all three. May as well get the walk thru check list sheet if they have one.

Remember, fair housing is not just a good idea, it's the LAW!
Whether you know what the laws are or not, you are subject to them fully when you rent out any property. To be sure to get it right, just select the most financially able applicant. That's fair housing!

Best of luck,

You go to the newspaper and look for the home or apartment rental ads and then call the people to meet them and fill out the paperwork. There is no fee for the forms, should you get approved and choose to rent then you are usually asked to pay a security deposit and first month's rent.

Here is the link to the site I used, it shows which sites are free:
http://www.findforms.com/cgi-bin/search/search.pl?Realm=All&Match=0&Terms=rental&maxhits=15&Rank=31

Here is the site I'm using for the application:
http://www.alllaw.com/forms/leases_and_tenancies/

Here is another site with free pdf forms:
http://www.rentalcashflow.com/Form-Application.asp

Here is a site that has a GREAT rental agreement, it's $17.50, so I'm debating on whether or not I am going to buy it or just take ideas from it and apply them to a free agreement: http://www.lawdepot.com/rental-agreement/?pid=google-reslse_us-rental_e2&s_kwcid=rental%20contract|532580109&gclid=CLy5lJOliYoCFQ30JAodXkSSQQ

Good luck renting and make sure to get a security deposit!

you're able to desire to have the guy who will genuinely be residing in the apt to fill out the utility. She might get fired-----and then on the grounds which you have an settlement together with her business enterprise and not her extremely-----it must be a multitude for you later. i could placed a particular clause in the hire settlement that states could she lose her interest, she could be responsilbe for any hire due and for repayment for any damages.

Go to a complex and ask for an application, change their name to yours and make copies.
