Well you better be careful because a law was passed in one state, or a county that if anyone is smoking in a car while a person under the age of 18 is in the vehicle, then the person smoking will get a ticket.

No. We need that tax money to pay for all the medical expense smokers and alcoholics incur on society. I think we should have higher taxes on junk food, too. Obesity is a big problem that needs to be paid for with help from the people buying all the crap food.

Sure, but states have been relying on this money for so long they'll just create a $1.00/gallon gas tax to recover their losses.

heck yea it would! we are just a money-hungry country, from what I have seen, and it's annoying. I LOVE LOVE LOVE how this is " the land of the free" and yet I'm not "smart enough" to decide whether or not cigarette smoking is good for me, so MY governnment is going to tax me out the butt so that I'll quit, because apparently, I'm not smart enough to choose... that makes no sense to me... but then again, we were never really "free..."
