Where can I go to make me feel better? I want to do something interesting, funny, good etc.?

I live in Eastern Europe and I am 23 years old, male.
If it is possible, I want to do something that involves more people, having fun etc... something easy, maybe...

Take a class at a college and meet some people. Buy a cheap guitar and learn how to play it. Read a good book. Volunteer at a hospital, library or for a local government agency. Join a local football/soccer team. Call up an old girlfriend and see if she is available.
