she has the white kitty, with the little giggle box in it. it looks like it has strawberry jelly or something of that sort. she's 2 so it could be anything. washing machine? by hand? wash cloth?

OxyClean on a damp rag. I wouldn't recommend washing machine, it will ruin the giggle box, but just spot washing the surface should do. Hope this helps you out. BTW I do this on my own Build-A-Bear that my husband made me before he deployed for the middle east... works every time on mascara and other makeups from crying so should get that jelly out!

I know if you go to the build a bear store they sell special cleaner for there bears . I would gt that and follow the instructions on the bottle and ask the sales person if there is anything else that you should do since It is Jelly .

get some spray shout or spray cleaner type stuff and use a toothbrush to clean it and then spray it with a disenfectant and some febreeze....good as new. i did that with one of my most vauled toys. used some shout spray and cleaned it with a tooth brush and disenfected it with the spray and shot some febreeze on it to make it smell better and it was good as new!

i would give it a sponge bath with some spray and wash!
