could just need a tune up..
or maybe the oil. when was the last time you checked it?
maybe the belt.. if it's making any noise at all..
you really haven't given enough information. (Personaly) I would go to the shop and have it checked out...
They might tell you something like "go put some gas in it and you'll be fine."

If you mean "lugs", seems to lose power, and not "tugs" to pull something, check to see if the exhaust is somehow restricted. Could be your catalytic converter. Got a good mechanic? Go see him.

maybe u need an oil change. if its not that then a hose or a wire acn be loose...mechanics can accidently loosen it when under the hood. if its not any of those then maybe its some deeper inside the engine. maybe u should get it checked out!

change your fuel filter and tune up your car plugs,ires air cleaner. Put some carb and fuel injector and octain booster once a month

If you mean by tug, that it surges it might just need a fuel filter.

Keep the gas tank full. we need more information, might be as simple as a tune up..
