Even though Mapquest quotes 18 hours and 57 minutes, you should also stop to consider gas station fill ups, restroom breaks, and sanity breaks (when you just can't sit there behind the wheel for another minute without going crazy.) I would plan on a 24 hour trip, with time for a little nap in the middle.
Alternatively, there's the "I need to get there ASAP method." I did this driving from Salt Lake City Utah to Savannah Georgia. Military orders required me to be there in a very short time frame. Mapquest told me 29 hours and 33 minutes. Including gas station and fast food stops, with a 3 hour nap in there, I made the drive in 30 hours.

you can try maps.google.com. from my wife's experience, she did it in 18 hours straight, no speeding and follow all rules.
