I think that IF you read it once or twice slowly you will NOT need an explanation - "IF" is in Very Clear Language, and tells you Very Clearly just what you are to do...
Even if you did NOT have to do it for a test "IF" is very important to understand... Please read it again - slowly. Think about it.
