In most states, 16 is the age of consent, but some states it's 17. And once you turn 21, you can't go out with anyone less than two years younger than you are. (At least in NY)

Well that all really depends on which state you live in. For some, the legal age is 4 years younger {if they are a minor} and for others, it may be up to 6. Your best bet is to date NO ONE any younger then 14 and you should be fine!!! ^_^

Depends on the age of consent in your state. But what does an 18 year old guy find interesting about a girl who's still in junior high? sick!

It depends on the age of consent where you are. But really, an 18 year old should be dating people that are no younger that 1 year or 2.

14 and 15 is def. way to young. Guys usually want older girls, so whats so intresting about them. But it just depends on where you live, usually around 17. But you also have to concider the parents, if they dont want their daughter dating someone that age, then watch out. i know i wouldnt let my daughter date someone that was 18 when she was 14.

It really depends on your state. Some states have a different requirements per different ages. Many states are now changing it to 16 and under.
It's not a matter of going out it's a matter of statutory rape--having sex with a minor with or without consent.

it really depends on your state, in california you cannot have sex with anyone under 18 once you turn 18. sometimes they make exceptions if you are close together in age (like if your partner was turning 18 in a couple months or something).

If you are 18, the youngest you can date would be 15 or 16...I'm pretty sure.
