They do not violate your "speech rights" in any way. As a private organization, they are not required to allow anything and everything to be posted on their servers. When using private servers, you are bound by their rules. If you do not like the way Yahoo! does business, then you should perhaps look for a different outlet for your opinions.

Stop the speech rights crap already. It's their forum so they get to set the rules. YOu don't like, you go elsewhere. I've been deleted so many times it aint funny. But you just have to violate one word, they don't read the whole thing and consider it in context. One word and your whole answer or question is deleted.

You have no expectation of freedom of speech on a privately run forum. The fact of the matter is that yahoo reserves the rights to create their own set of speech guidelines that in order to participate in you must abide by.

If you would like to speak you mind start you own form, or utilize blog space. Outside of that quit complaining if you chose to continue to participation..

I've taken some hard lines, but have never been denied or sensored. You might want to check the word choices and tone of your messages. One can still get their point across diplomatically and acceptably, without using offensive language.

Y!A is a private computer network, therefore you have no speech 'rights'. You agreed to abide by the terms of service and the community guidelines.
IOW, you may say only what Y!A wishes to allow you to say.
At least here, on Y!A

It's not what you say or ask...it's how you say it or ask it.

You have to be creative and beat them at their own game.

You can ask the same question...just do it more eloquently and more politically correct!
