I wouldn't think so, first you'd have to contact the hamster union to see if they have any hamster sewing machine operators available, then there is the problem that they don't have opposable thumbs so it is hard for them to work the sewing machine. I would think there might also be a language barrier between the hamsters and the management.

It seems as though they would. Much softer than guinea pigs, larger than mice, nicer fur than rats. Out of all small rodents, hamsters would make the best slippers, I agree!!

Yeah my son's hamster is always slipping out of his hands when he holds it........little fu*ker.......i have no toes left now he's escaped again.....he hides in my slippers.........i'll make him into a muff when he's gone to hammy heaven. Lmao! : > )

No, I tried this after reading our question, neither of them would keep still while I strapped them on my feet, then when I finally managed it and took a couple of steps to test them out, they both kept making a loud squeeky noise, it will never catch on.
