If no one else is claiming him AND he has lived with you for more than 180 days in the tax year AND you provide more than 1/2 his support, then yes.

Yes, you may claim him as a dependent, because he lives with you and did not work in 2006. You may also list yourself as " head of house hold ".

No. throw his *** OUT. Or make him get a job.

Unless he's a FULL-time student, and you provide more than 50% of his support, in which case he STILL needs to get a job!
