Here's a few of my favourite:
1. The teachers:
Iruka: For his dedication to Naruto, understanding. Iruka is a real man. He has empathy and true feelings and is not afraid to reveal them.
Kakashi: His goods looks alone deserves (Read the Konoha Gaiden and u'll know what I mean). Sense of humor, willingness to not take himself too overly seriously, and strong jutsu.
Gai Sensei: The kind of teacher we really need---he's worth more than his looks. He seriously looks like Jackie Chan with Bigger eyes.
Kurenai sensei: Hmmmm, her passion for teaching and patience for her students pretty much speaks for herself.
2. The Shinobi Academy:
Rock Lee: Dedicated student, hard working, try his best no matter what goes wrong, know that he'll make it no matter what happens. Very inspirational character.
Tenten: Hmmm, I have her hair style, which i use sometimes as I have long hair. Cute tomboy with strength and character.
Neji: Minus the arrogance, he'll be perfect.
Lady Hinata: Really sweet girl who needed a sense of self confidence, like the part when she believed in herself and pushed Neji and eventually stood up to him.
3. The Leaders of Konoha:
The first daime Hokage, The grandfather of Tsunade, the Hokage with long black hair. He is literally the most handsome man I have ever seen! I LOVE him!
Sandaime Hokage: The kind hearted old Grandpa who needed to be consoled on breaking the tobacco habit. ^__^

I'd have to say Sasuke; I think Naruto is a great shinobi as well, but he's annoying and completely oblivious most of the time. Sasuke on the other hand, knows what needs to be done when he's asked. He's not a show-off like Naruto tries to be; and he's got the guts to kill his own brother Itachi; and unlike Naruto, he actually knows the history of his life. I don't know if Naruto knows it or not, but his father was the fourth hokage. Any way, Sasuke just has that mysterious type of allure that draws me in.

Anyone but sasuke, sorry to the Sasuke fan-girls out there. He's such a whiny, arrogant little piece of ****. Speaking of the guts he has to kill his own brother, he betrays his homeland and countrymen in an attempt to gain enough power to kill his own brother. Naruto on the other hand, would never do such a thing to attain his dream. Even after Sasuke say "Piss off" when six of his fellow Konoha Genin and three Sand Genin nearly die trying to bring him back to Konoha, Naruto never gives up on trying to bring Sasuke back to the village because he promises Sakura that he would. Sorry if i spoiled anything, but i absolutely hate Sasuke.

Itachi is amazing. He's one of the more complex characters in the show... wuv him!
I like Temari too. She's the only kunoichi who's show superior talent... so far...
And despite Jiraiya's pervertedness, I like him a lot.
And Naruto himself is adorable, when he isn't yelling or doing his >.< thing.

Utakata :D Why??? because he's the 6 Tails Jinchuriki or maybe regardless of the actuality that his bubbles seem weak he can do various of such issues as Explosives,transferring away in a bubble, seize an enemy in a bubble and under no circumstances cause them to breath or can cause them to disappear (die) and he ought to his bubbles into acid or sticky elements plus he became on that bingo e book needed both useless or alive so as which ability he ought to of been one helpful ninja :D also the actual incontrovertible actuality that Saiken (6 Tails) is tremendous compared to Kurama (9 Tails) even as Utakata needed help even as that jutsu became going to blow up, He requested Saiken for help and Saiken helped him, Plus even as they stopped the jutsu, Saiken went lower back into Utakata without attempting to take administration of him and bypass on a rampage in contrast to Naruto with Kurama. :D
