Well, since she didn't offer you a "bless you" for the sneeze, she may be trying to be polite and act as if she didn't notice the poot. You need to excuse yourself and apologize...just say it out loud from where you are. And do this every time you let one loose.
Tonight after work, stop at the store and get you some "Beano" to avoid this problem in the future.
