Neither of the bradys brady spouses died, Mrs. Brady (the first wife) was put in a mental institution where she remains to this day. Mr Martin (Carols name is Carol Ann Tyler Martin as we learned in the honeymoon pilot episode) anyway Mr. Martin wanted to be a swinger and went on to start Californias largest swingers club.

Dead. Chopped up in the Brady freezer. Taken out on special occasions and Alice whipped up something real nice to feed to the kids.
