They say that every pregnancy is different...and sometimes it depends if the sex of the baby is different from one pregnancy to the other...so if you did anything in your first pregnancy to try and lessen the morning sickness I recommend you try and do the same thing if it happens this time around....so good luck!!!

No, every pregnancy and every woman is different..I know with me the first time around the sickness lasted all day and i couldnt keep anything down,my husband would have to pull the car over like every 5 minutes for me to do what i had to do...that lasted til about the 16th week and then i was fine...with my second I had morning sickness but only vomited maybe like a few times a day and somedays didnt even, just felt sick but wayy less than my first..now with this one my nausea lasts all day but no vomiting at all and im 3 months along although the nausea is getting a little better now..so with me it got better every time...

With my first (boy) I had very severe morning sickness for the first three months. I threw up with just the smell of food. With my second (girl) I only had the feeling that I wanted to throw up for about 6 weeks. I think every pregnancy is different.

Chances are maybe or maybe not i know thats not what you wanted to hear but ever one is different and so is ever pregnancy. Like with my first I only got sick a couple of times like when a visiting friend thought she would cook me pancakes but used canola oil to coat and fry them instead of using butter the smell was retched. Then with my second kid in the begining the thought of eating chicken would make me feel ill and if I ate chicken it made me sick but also when I was first pregnant with my second one I ate some bad chicken and then I couldnt keep anything down for two days so I think that helped the no chicken thing until I was like 5-6 months and tired of eating beef and fish so I tried it and was fine so best wishes to you on minimal sickness

I had horrible morning sickness with my first child. I lost 10 pounds in the first 3 months. But with the second, nothing. It was like my body said "Oh yeah, I remember this -- I can do this fine now."

when they say that every pregnancy is different it's TRUE! i had lots of morning sickness with the first. i am on my 4th and with each of them it decreased. my LAST pregnancy my body would NOT let me puke! i was miserable because of that. i had to go on an antibiotic that made me so nauseated and i had NO relief. i even tried gaging myself so the pressure could be relieved...nothing! but this one i got nauseated some but not unto needed to throw up....BUT i found the more sick i felt the less moodswings i had....my poor husband last pregnancy! LOL that was a funny coorelation for me. but as i said everypregnancy is different as well as the people that are. i had a friend who had to be hospitalized with each of her pregnancies since she got SO sick she got very dehydrated *shrug* i guess its a wait and see.

All pregnancies, even with the same woman will be different. Nothing or everything could be the same as the first. Its a guessing game. Good luck!
