I have looked into Physical Therapy Assitant Online Certification programs but the positions that I have seen have said needing 3 years clinical experience and 6 months on the job. How do you get a start.

Usually when you start training for that field, you are required to do a certain amount of interning for that specific field. The school will help you find a place where you will basically be asked to practice what you are learning. It depends on the program itself, though. Most jobs prefer people with experience, since you will be working with other people and have constant physical contact. However, exceptions can be made, especially if you develop a good relationship with your teacher. He/she can give a great recommendation for future jobs.
