While running a scan a virus called JS/NUVENS was found. I tried to find the file, but couldn't. How can I get rid of this file?

You can run a free online scan from CA.

If your virus scanner found it, there should also be a remover as part of the engine. If it cannot, try updating your DAT files and scan again.

If that doens't do it, try using one of the free virus scanners on the net, like AVG.

after the scan is complete it should give you the option to delete it or quarantine it. You choose what to do I would delete or remove it off my hard drive. If that doesn't work search for house calls on line virus scan by trend and run that scan and remove it.
