Talk to your boyfriend. Ask him whats up. Most men are supposed to feel more attracted to you since you are carrying their child. And don't worry about feeling unattractive, im only 28 weeks and i feel unattractive already. Your boyfriend should be comforting you and telling you that your still beautiful.

Men get REALLY weird when there's only a few weeks to go. We stopped having sex about 4 weeks before I was due, and same thing, I really wanted to and he didn't want anything from me. He's overwhelmed with all that there is to come, and is going to be a nutcase and distant until after the baby is born. Don't worry though, sex comes back with a vengeance once the doctor gives you the "all clear". We actually have 5x more sex now than we did before I even got pregnant. Good luck!

Well your partner not wanting you I would say is it. I never feel attractive anymore. I used to nver wear make up but now I do. I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow. You are 8 months and 1 week btw. Not 9 months, 9 months is 40 weeks. Anyways...Yes its normal to not feel pretty. I was thin before as well. I know exactly how you feel. It just sucks. After you have the baby and get back into shape you'll feel alot better.

The last few weeks are always tough. Even if you haven't gained a lot of weight, there is a lot of strain on your body and you're pushed to the limit. I didn't feel very attractive for those last few weeks either, but after I had my baby (only 3 weeks ago) I felt much more like myself - and it gets better every day.
Your boyfriend will come back to his old self soon enough. It's probably tough for him too. Even if he hasn't said anything to you. The good thing is that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and you'll have that baby soon and things will start to get back to normal soon!
Good luck to you!

I am sorry, but he sounds like a jerk. 30 pounds is a great rate of weight gain. Hopefully he is just worried about hurting the baby and not the fact that he think you are unattractive. You should talk to him about this and let him know ut hurts you.
I am 6 months along and have already gained 20 pounds and feel like a total fat *** and my husband is begging me for sex and I just don't like at all...lol

Not sure. I find it hard for me to get into sex at this point (because all I think about is the fact that I have a baby inside of me while we have sex) but, whatever. I'm 4 months and starting to get a belly. Sometimes, (before sex) my boyfriend will rub my tummy....not in a sexual way, but more sensual. He likes my growing belly. I'm not familiar with your situation, but maybe he feels weird because the baby's almost here. Make sure he's not cheating though....sorry to say it, but it's possible. Talk nicely with him about it and ask why (when he's in a good mood of course)

I'm in just about the same boat. The only difference is I'm married and we've been together for about 15 years. Talk to him about it, but he may not even be able to explain it himself. Between our hormonal mood shifts and complaining about how uncomfortable we are 1400 times a day and worrying about hurting the baby and being terrified about the prospect of being a father, the guys may be just a little scared of intimacy right now.

UGH! I'm almost 39 weeks pregnant and my Dr. suggested having sex. My husband WON'T! he says he is afraid of poking the baby in the head! Although, I would talk to your boyfriend and tell him about all the things you are physically and emotionally going through and having his support (even if it is just cuddling) is really important to you right now.

I'm also 37 weeks and yes, I feel very unattractive. I saw a fat man on TV with no shirt on yesterday and though that I must look exactly like him with my giant belly. My husband still seems attracted to me, I'm not sure why LOL!!!!

Some guys just don't find pregnancy attractive. My husband wasn't exactly all over me while I was pregnant, but he wasn't completely disinterested in sex... and definitely would never turn down a BJ. What kinda guy would? I'm sure you are beautiful. Don't let anyone make you feel otherwise.
