Roslyn is easier to say, but I think the pronounciation will be more along the lines of "roz-lynn". You should also consider nicknames when choosing a name, even if you don't use them. Others do - especially boyfriends and teenagers.
Roslyn will most likely end up Roz, if shortened at all.
Rosalyn could end up Rosa, Rose, or Rosie and pronounced "rose-a-lyn".
Another thing to consider is the meaning. Both of these have the same origins:
Old German: From the word for a horse.
Latin: Beautiful rose.

Personally, I think Rosalyn looks better. However I think you will probably get many people who try to pronounce it "rohs-ah-lyn" which you may or may not want. Also, I think "ross-ah-lyn" is a bit hard to say without thinking about it. I've usually heard the "s" pronounced as a "z" as in "rahz-ah-lyn", so I would be prepared to hear that a lot.
So, for spelling: Rosalyn
for sound: Roslyn

It just depends on how you personally want to pronounce the name. I'm used to hearing Rosalyn, so for that reason I would pick that. But Roslyn is cute too. To me, Rosalyn sounds more ethnic than Roslyn does. They are different names, so you choose the one that you like best.
