Your orbital period is off a bit. Earth takes approximately 365.2425 days to orbit the sun and is about 93 million miles from the sun, on average.
Side note: is Earth the proper name for this planet? Some would say Terra, some say there is no official name. But, according to the International Astronomical Union, the scientific body with the responsibility of assigning official names to all celestial objects (the same people who kicked Pluto out of the "planet" club), "The eight planets are: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune." So the official name of Earth is Earth, with a capital E, at least in English.
More than you wanted. Go impress somebody with your very precise answer.

I think that's Earth, but it should be 365 1/4 days to travel around the sun -- not 366 1/4.
Use a little logic, and you really could have done this on your own...

The Earth takes 365.25 days to orbit the sun completely.
It is interesting to note that the Earth actually spins 366.25 times in this time.
One dark/light period is removed because the Earth has gone around the sun.
i.e. There are 366.25 sidereal days in a year.
