Why does he need sex so much lately?

Why does my boyfriend wants a lot of sex when he is feeling down or upset, for example, about his job? He did not get promoted and lately, most of his messages are all about how much he wants me and how upset he is as I am far. We are in a long-distance relationship. We are planning to be near each other in a few months. I don't want to make him feel rejected or unwanted by giving him a wrong reaction, but he seems to be quite down. He says to me how tired he is of waiting to see me each time. I am starting to worry. Please explain to me? And what should I do? We are meeting 2 weeks later, he is coming to visit but his messages seem full of frustruation?

Sounds like he's got alot of stress. Sex is a good stress reliever, so the more sex for him, the less stress. Maybe his lack of success with his job is adding to his neediness. All in all, long distance relationships are very tough. Good luck.

Well, it seems that's the only way he knows how to deal with stress is by having sex. Some people deal with stress by over eating, drinking, smoking getting high and etc. To tell you the truth none of those listed are healthy ways to handle stress because you're only getting the satisfaction for the moment.
