ya see theres this boy at school and i like him and want to go out with him soooooooo much, iv asked my friends to ask him out for me and he said No.
But i dont get it he likes me in the same way, every one says so and he pulls his top up in front of me IN CLASS
I dont wanna give him flowers or chocolates or nothing like that i need some tips please. Thank You

oh men are so hard to please, he might just be shy. Why not ask him yourself as he might just say no to your mates so that you ask him. The worst he could say is no and then you just act like it does not bother you. He might be playing a game with you but that could be some men.

Okay... here is what I think... I think he now knows that you like him and therefore he is taking advantage of it... talking out of experience here. A few years ago I was I school and I had this major crush on this dude... he found out and all of a sudden became very friendly and did all kind of flirty-things... but nothing ever happened... I became his little Miss Rebound and everytime he needed a girl to make him feel special he would come my way... untill he can find someone else... Nah... dont try too hard and be careful of being used... boys can be such idiots... and we can so stupid sometimes... Sorry, just thought I would share from personal experience...

This is going to be difficult for you but.... if you want something bad enough in life you have to ask for it/earn it/go get it yourself. By involving your friends, you're just putting him on the spot. Try and catch him on a quiet moment and just say 'wondering if you want to do (something) some time' and just see what he says. As you get older, you'll realise you just need to be upfront with men - they don't like games or subtle hints - you just have to be direct! Good luck!

first of all you are way young and second of all hes just trying to show off but ask him out straight none of the fancy stuff like flowers and love letters just go up him straight and ask him if hes showing off like that again just move on its a sign that hes a bit of a player.

try not been so forward, and try not showing him so much attention... because then its too easy make him come to you flirt with other guys, ignore him seem bored around him and hell want you so much...
it shows him that you have more to offer than throwing yourself at his feet
