when a person is alone and can;t get help from any one usually they say ( one hand doesn;t make sound)

I'm not sure what your question is. I also don't know who "they" are. Proverbs are for teaching lessons via illustrative stories rather than a boring straightforward lecture. "What is the sound of one hand clapping?" is not a proverb, it is a zen Koan, an unanswerable question. And if, supposedly, if you meditate on trying to answer an unanswerable question long enough, you may acheive enlightenment.
