I was eating at McDonald’s restaurant. I there was a lady with a baby on one of the tables. All the sudden, she lays the baby on one the tables, and begins to change his diaper. I could not believe she was doing it in one of the table with people around eating. There was a man on another table with a really disgusted face, I thought he would say something, but he didn’t. One of the girl who worked there, was looking at her, but didn’t say anything either. I just sat there as she finished changing the baby’s diaper.

What would you have done?

Ew. Well, I honestly probably wouldn't have said anything, since I'm kind of shy, but I would have WISHED I could go up to her and tell her how disgusting what she was doing was. Thing is, the sort of people that do things like that are also usually extremely confrontaional. If you or the manager had said something to her, more likely than not you would have gotten even a bigger scene out of her. Maybe just take comfort in the fact that disinfectants are very efficient.

I would of said something to her they have changing stations in the bathroom's. I would of got the manager plus it is great to have a cell phone would of taken a photo and got hold of the heath dept. Also would of made sure they cleaned the table. I would not of just walked out before all of this was done. That is just gross and no class on the person. Have the time you have to clean the tables at McDonald's just to sit down and eat. Will make me think again about sitting down at a table to eat. I usually carry wipes because of people like that and the help gets business and does not seem to have time to caught up on the tables all the time.

I would have talked to her and asked if this looked like her house and that there is people in this restaurant that are extremely disgusted and pointed her to the direction of the bathroom then reported her to the manager and made sure that the table was fully sterilized and made sure the manager did something about the woman and if nothing was done i would've reported them to the health department

I would have immediately pointed out that just about every McDonalds in the country has changing tables in the restrooms and that it's not only a basic courtesy but a civil responsibility to use them rather than a dining table.

Then I would thank God that I had never been invited to dine at that "lady"s" home.

I would have told her that there was a changing table in the ladies bathroom. If she didn't want to take that advice I would have called over a manager. People must be reprimanded of certain behavior, if no one ever tells these people that they are doing something wrong, they'll do it again.

SOMEONE should have complained to the manager. A restaurant table is no place to be changing a babies diaper. That's totally disgusting!

I would call the manager to complain. If I had a camera I would take a picture. If the manager would not do any thing then I would report to the board of health with the picture. I doubt if any thing would come of it. I would not go back. I myself boycott Mc Donald's because they still use trans fats in thier cooking oils.

ugh...As disgusting as that is, I wouldn't have done anything different than you did-unless I moved to another table to avoid the sight of it. But, I'm sure that image will stick with you-when you go out to eat again, not to mention the smell.

I would have gotten up and reminded her that she was exposing her baby's crap to an area where most people sit and EAT. Then I would have told her that poop belongs in the bathroom and that's were she should have changed her baby's diaper.

I'm surprised none of the workers said anything?? I guess most people are really afraid of confrontation...I'm definitely not when it comes to people not respecting other people?

I would have said something - that is disgusting and pity the next person that sat at that table to eat their food.
