OK... so what is the question?

You are more than likely working for the agent.

Just like the first guy said -- you have to ask. Don't be afraid. You're working hard and you deserve to know what your compensation will be. When there's a proper moment, ask him about benefits such as medical, dental, sick days and vacation days. If there isn't any and you need it, you can always keep that job and in the mean time look for another opportunity that will give you better benefits.

Good luck!

Every agent/broker is an independent operator. There may or may not be benefits,Sick leave, vacation medical. Usually the smaller the office the fewer the benefits. Always check before you take a job

Don't beat around the bush. Ask all the questions you need to know about this job NOW and get definitive answers. If you did not fill out paperwork for medical insurance then you do not have it. If your employer is unwilling to be forthcoming about your job then I would start looking for a new one. Nothing worse than working for a shady company/boss.

you need to contact your local better business bureau to check this company out to see if they are indeed a business...I would do this as soon as possible because you would hate to have worked 40 hours and they come up with some lame excuse on why the check is late or whatever...
