My son was hanging on his door (more than once)and pulled the screws out. Can I buy something to fill the holes and rescrew the hinge back on?

Matchsticks were the most commonly used thing for this in the past, but you can use any type of wood to fill the hole. It needs only be long enough to reach the bottom of the hole, and wide enough to fill it.

It is best to have a piece that is just slightly larger than the hole itself, to ensure a very snug fit. Whittle it with a knife to get the right shape, and taper the end just a bit. Tap it into place, break off any excess, and you are done.

If the piece is well fitted, glue is not necessary.

You can cut some like material , (pine for pine , hard wood for hardwood , etc. ) the same diameter as the holes at a slight taper and slightly longer than you need . Coat the pegs with wood or carpenters glue and drive them in until wedged firmly . Wipe off excess glue right away and let dry 24 hrs. Trim off excess peg material flush . Make sure you predrill the filled holes with the appropriate size bit and rehang your door !

Use toothpicks or matchsticks. Shove them in the hole and break them off even with the surface. Use enough of them to fill the hole. Put the screws back in and they should hold just fine. It helps to dip the sticks in wood glue before inserting them in the hole, but it's not mandatory.

Yes, go to any hardware store(home depot, ace, etc) and ask
for a wood putty(epoxy). I would also recommend putting
longer screws to be safe, if there's room. It sound like your sons not going to stop. So just don't put toothpicks or golf tees into
the hole(I'm sure your a golfer,lol)

break off wooden matchsticks in the enlarged hole, and screw the fastener back in...or use a plastic screw sheath in the hole and refasten. This happens at my house all the time.
