Mostly yes, either directly or indirectly.
There may be the odd one due to genetics,a problem at work out of my direct control, or something like that, but I believe people need to take responsibility for their lives or actions. Even if a problem is not my responsibility, it is up to me to deal with it. Forget the conspiracy BS, forget the group hatred... it is time for people to realize that they are resposible for the vast majority of their life circumstances.

I am responsible for my life. Problems come and go. This is like asking, "Are you responsible for old age in your life"? Problems are just a condition of life, like weather, disease, and old age.

Is a still born baby responsible for being still born? Others choices can have an effect on our lives, but we are responsible for how we deal with them. Our own choices can also have an effect on our lives, so we are responsible for what we decide.

Not neccessarliy responsible for all your problems, but some of them. The important thing is that EVERYONE is ALWAYS responsible for their reaction to whatever problem that might arise. Not enough people take responsibility for those problems.
And that, my friend, is a real problem.

A problem is a problem only if you see it as a problem. You have no control over genes, the acts of others etc. But you always will have control over your attitude about hardship. You may get cancer and consider it the best inspirational thing that ever happened to you (Jimmy V., Lance A.), or you can crawl into a hole and die. Its all about your attitude. So...yes.

Maybe 50% of the problems. The rest are imposed on me by society and outside forces.

99% of them....as a result of the choices I made at the time.
The other 1% came from life in general without choices in the matters.

Sometimes they are from our own doing, sometimes they are inflicted upon us. The problem then becomes, what shall I do about the problem. It is up to us do solve the problem.

If you are an introvert, others are causing you problems. Viceversa, as an extrovert, others will get problems from you.
