Harrah's steak house. Nice atmosphere, piano bar, and beautiful view of the Strip while you dine. A little pricey but I assume you are not a cheap date. After dinner, cross the street and watch the dancing waters at the Bellagio, and hold hands and chat as you stroll through the Conservatory at the Bellagio.

If you want quiet and romantic go to the Peppermill. (No kidding !) Not for food but for the bar. It has the greatest fire pit and lighting. If you want fun go to the Courtyard in-between Harrahs and Imperial Palace. If you want food, music atmosphere and one of the "greatest" views of Vegas, go to the VOODOO lounge at the top of the RIO. Have fun.
