My first job was waiting tables in little family restaurant run. The manager was a complete @SS who talked to all the female employees like they were dogs.
One day, I gave a guy change based on a $20 dollar bill, when he'd only paid with a $10 dollar bill. The manager found out, and in the middle of lunch rush, he yelled out, "You stupid *****, don't you know how to count?"
I burst into tears and ran out of there and never went back........

billy would knock that guy out, a public dressing down is not allowed, supervisors have offices for that, workers deserve respect

Wow, that's horrible.
But nothing like that has ever happened to me...I did embarass my boss once though.
I dropped my pen at my desk and was bending over to get it when he came over and stood by my desk, face staring intently at a report. As I came up my head almost bumped him in the groin area. He jumped back a little surprised and I said "oops, sorry, that was a close call, wow I almost got myself a raise there!" He laughed, but he still turned bright red. We were good friends, so no harm done.
Another time, I was at a club and a guy obnoxiously hit on me as I walked by, I turned around and looked at him and said "hello Mr. Richards" He stopped and stuttered " uuhhh, Charlotte?" Yeah, it was an old boss of mine (not the same as above). I guess he didn't recognize me in club clothes and without my glasses!! He felt like such a butthead after that!!

awww, that's not nice. my boss hates me but she never really yell at me, she does give me scorn full looks a lot and ask sarcastically who did something that went wrong but always blaming me if it wasn't. I don't care though, she has to pay me, not like me

No but I did get my boss in front of his wife and coworkers, he introduced his dog then his wife to everyone. Sorry to hear about you experience.
