is it normal for my boyfriend to get pleasure from trying to make me cry.

I think it depends if it's mean spirited or not. My husband likes to "play" with me. For example, yesterday he looked at me and said "Okay...cry!" And sure enough I did. It was a funny moment that we could bond over. But he knows when to goof around and when to be sensitive adn respect my feelings. However, if your b/f is purposely saying mean things to you, I would talk to him adn tell him that this is already a difficult time in your life and he's not making things easier.

Being emotional during pregnancy is totally commonplace but what isn't commonplace is our partners taking pleasure from it.

Is he aware of how emotional you are feeling and does he think he is helping somehow?

As you get closer and closer to your due date you will need more and more support and he needs to be aware of this.

I have mentioned several times in different answers about our family website www.fabfamilies.com - please feel free to register (for free) and come and talk to people who have been/are going through the joys of pregnancy and you will get lots of support there.

No hun at this stage you will feel very emotional and confused. You will feel as though people will be getting on your back its all down to hormones. Try and not let it worry you too much xx
