Is it legal to own a hedgehog in Arizona?

Wikipedia had a list of some states where it was illegal, Arizona was not one of them. I really don't think AZ cares about that kind of stuff, but you can call the County Animal Control (or the one in Phoenix, b/c they are the capital) and they should be able to tell you.

I saw the pix of one, they are cute! Are they soft or prickly??
