Via Yahoo! Driving Directions...not "as the crow flies" - although it looks to be similar...4019.8 miles 80 hours 21 minutes

Map Quest, Rand McNally, etc. These websites can give you the mileage, but not the adventure. The Alcan Highway to Alaska is 1422 miles of mile after mile of mile after mile. Plan on 7 days or more if your in a hurry from KY. Decide on if you wanna do some sightseeing along the way, and that way you can better pick your route. Once at Edmonton, or Calgary... There is only one road North to Alaska. I have made the trip 1377 times. Unbelievable!

Check it out on mapquest.com There you will find a lot of valuable information. Where to stay, what to see, where to dine, what to do for entertainment, etc. It is a very helpful site.
