I've done cookie bouquets, balloon bouquets and even had beer delivered for he and his friends to share after work. Flowers would not go over well. Any other ideas?

Ck into a singing telegram/or local acting company -- have them dress up as a police officer and give him a ticket for "stealing your heart". The ticket should also include directions for him to 'pay' the ticket -- your home where a nice romantic dinner is waiting.

Basically what I'm doing is that I'm giving him a memory box with some stuff I put together for him. I also made him a really nice card with a heartfelt poem that I wrote. I made him a poem book with pictures I have taken as well. : } I'm doing all this stuff because Valentine's is our first anniversary. ♥

A lucky money plant or a bird of paradise both are symbols of bounty and good luck and are not at all feminine.
