Start \ Control Panel \ Regional and Language Options

Choose English (United States) or whatever language and dialect you prefer.

Click OK, and you might have to restart your computer.

My bad... You have to do this:

Start \ Control Panel \ Regional and Language Options
Click the Languages tab.
Click the "Details..." button.
Under Installed Services, click "Add..."
For Input Language, choose "English (United States)"
For Keyboard layout, choose US
Click OK
Under Default Input Language, choose "English (United States) - US"

Then you should have an English layout!

if you're talking about Window's language, you can't!! you have to install an English version of Xp, or whatever Win you're using. if you're referring to the keyboard language do what the previous user wrote.

Cheers
