Yes, he can, but Jeb would have to be approved, and I doubt anyone wants to have two Bushes in the white house together as president and v.p. I think that Jeb's nomination would be disapproved in nothing flat.

Yes he could, but he would have to be confirmed by the Democratic controlled Senate, which could prove tough, but hey JFK appointed RFK as his Atty. Gen, but JFK was a Dem and had a Dem Senate.

He could, but that will be a political mistake. Look how the democrat's and liberals are mouthing off now. If it is even possible, they will mouth off even more, and come up with even worse tactic's to destroy America.
