I adore "Spin" by Taking Back Sunday, becuase its so upbeat and fun, and I actually just started listening to them yesterday because of My Chemical Romance always speaking highly of them.
I have only heard "The Adventure" by Angels and Airwaves, and they are stupid, and refusing to release another single, so I don't know if the rest are slow and whiny or not. "The Adventure" is nice if you need to clam down, otherwise, its long and drug out.
