Hi, i'm having trouble installing my Epson C48 printer, here is a screenshot of the error message that I recieve:

I have downloaded a new driver from the Epson website, I have checked my system registry files and all are ok. Why do I have this error message?
Can someone please help me, i'm in desperate need of a printer today.

none of that stuff worked..
I still get the error msg.

Go to control panel ..un-install all printers and components...re-install the printer and make it te default printer..if that don't work check the printer to see if its connected properly..and if that don't work..get some-one to check the printer on their pc.

Hi. INF file contains info for the proper setup of your printer. If you have the original CD the file is probably located there. Try uninstalling the printer for Control panel, then reboot to see if your OS can find and install it.
