a scapula crack is a crack in your shoulder blade - it will heal on its own. you may want to keep it mobilized for a while and let it heal

A scapula crack is a crack in your shoulder blade which heals itself. You should keep your shoulder and upper arm still (in a sling) for as long as it takes to heal. Same as cracking a rib. It heals itself. Hope you feel well again soon.
