Saving videos to cd?

Question

If I have a video on my Windows Media Player and I want to save it to a disk, can I use any cd to save it on? Do I have to save it on one of those dvd cd's???

it depends on the size of the file - if it is less than 600 mB then it will fit onto a cd

Also consider where you want to play it back - if on a PC then that is fine - but if you want to play it back on a domestic DVD player then consider changing it to mpeg 1
