I'm looking for maybe a sans font, rounded.

Times New Roman is a serif font.
Sans Serif fonts that are nice:
Eurostile (very modern, boxy looking)
Century Gothic (simple, easy to read...love it!)

Arial Rounded is a pleasing round, sans-serif font. Alternately, try Trebuchet.

There is a variant of Arial out there called Arial Rounded MT Bold. That might be just what you're looking for.
