What are the toys called that have a disc on the top and you pull a string on a handle that gets them flying?

I have seen them called Air Tops. flying saucers, helicopters, etc.
But all i find are junky cheap ones. I want some that are fairly good quality. NO REMOTE CONTROL.

We always called them helicopters or whirly-gigs. If you're up for being handy, you can make your own.
