I'm pretty happy, thanks.
But it has taken me a good many years to get here!
It happened when I discovered that if you learn to appreciate what you have and the simple things in life (a sunny day, a smile, a nice meal, a hot shower) that can make you happy.
I hope you find your happiness soon and enjoy many years of it!

Am very happy since I learned medidation it helps reduce everthing negative and being in control my thoughts. One of the quotes I've received;
Are you beyond happiness and sorrow? Is your life, your day, a series of peaks and troughs - one minute ecstatic, next minute depressed. If you are up and down, even a little, it probably feels normal, because the swings between such extremes have been with you for so long. But you don't need the ups and downs to
make life feel alive. In fact the ups we call happiness are not really happiness but a kind of false interpretation of happiness. Real happiness is not the result of rising out of depression, and it does not result into falling into regular periods of depression. Real happiness is stable, constant, lasting, not dependent on anyone or anything. Sometimes we call it contentment or serenity or yoy. But it's not excitement. Excitement will result in depression. Happiness just is. It's hard to imagine it after a life of highs and lows. Faced with the choice of constant, stable contentment and all the ups and downs, some people choose to stay with the ups and downs. And this is called addiction. The ups are dependent on something and that something just does not last forever. To discover real happiness don't pursue it and don't make it dependent on anything.

Well, I'm not unhappy, but I wouldn't classify myself as very happy. I am grateful and appreciative of the gifts, goals and resources at my grasp, right now.
If you hare unhappy, think about someone who has it worse than you or think about what you do have, life, which brings the opportunity to make it better! Always try to stay positive (I know it's hard sometimes, probably like now) and positivity will come to you even in the most negative situations and circumstances.
All you need is faith in your higher self, determination and a willingness to work to get what you want! Remember if you are not actively involved in what you really want, then you don't really want it!

Well i've been happier. The man I love more than anything is on a deployment to North Korea. Everyday that I think about him being gone I feel like I can't breathe. I guess the good news is that we may be having a baby. The thought of having a child makes everything seem ok... I have never been happier than when I found out I may be pregnant. I go in for conformation on Thursday... wish me luck and lots of baby dust!

A very wise man, Will Rogers by name, once said, "most people are as happy as they're willing to let themselves be". I personally believe he was right. Most of the unhappy people I have met constantly dwell on negative things over which they have no control rather than getting on with their lives and trying to look at life with a positive attitude.

I'm happy right now because I'm blessed with work, a cat, and a loving family. And that;s not BS it took a long time to appreciate my family and what I have.

Better than happy...I have JOY! Happiness only comes in spurts like a gift here and there, but joy is everlasting and comes with a feeling of security.
