why is it that some of the programes you can delete through the remove change programs section on the control panel...and some wont shift no matter what you do....you put remove and it stays there.it goes through the motions of remove but ..nothing..

some will attach to system files, some are just malware, some are running and have to be stopped or disabled first. some times parts will delete and you have to search for the rest and just the name will stay. and a few other reasons.
