Fan bearings might have worn out,you have to replace the fan.

Hi. Fans are pretty cheap, even for a good one. If it is a case fan, open your PC and see how easy it is to get at. If you think you want to try, there are four screws holding the fan in and one cable that plugs in. Pull the fan, go to the store and match it up (usually 80MM or 92MM) then replace. The power supply fan is a bit more work but I have replaced mine with a higher quality fan and it works great.

I had the same issue with a new t5082. I found this info on another website and it solved the problem.
reboot and hit F2 at startup
go to bios setting
go to the exit tab menu and choose 'LOAD OPTIMAL DEFAULTS'
Choose exit and save.

After you insert a pencil, check the bearings once they stop smoking. Let the fan continue spinning for a few minutes and then place, ever so delicately...your tongue inside....he he he..

The fan has to be replaced. Its much cheaper to do it yourself and its quite easy.
