If it's a sharp pain could be an ovarian cyst or a kidney stones(although you would know if you have one of those because the pain is excruciating!) and I think your appendix is on that side as well. Could just be a pulled muscle or something as well, if it persists you should see a doctor.

Right lower quadrant abdominal pain it a classic sign of an appendicitis. Call your doctor or go to the emergency room.

Could be a cyst on your ovary or fallopian tube. Or it could just be gas (aggravating your ovary and/or fallopian tube). I used to get lots of cysts and whatnot. Hurt like a sumbitch. I have lots of scar tissue surrounding my remaining ovary. When I get gassy, it still hurts like a sumbitch. Drink lots of water. Try to poo. If it still hurts, call your doctor.

Appendix. are you running a fever. if the pain doesn't go away soon you should go to the doctors or ER..

Get it checked pronto!! Appendicitis starts with those kinds of symptoms.

It's probably your appendix, and it could be very serious!! I'd go see a doctor ASAP!!!

You could have an appendicidus (sp). This could kill you! Or maybe it's just gas...
