Primarily depends upon 2 factors;
1. What type of gaming are you doing-Shooter, MMP, on or offline,
2. What are the specs for your particular system?
You need a lot less in a video card if you were playing slots than if you are doing "Gears of War", for example.
As far as the specs, you need to know what your socket config is, if you have sockets for an AGP or PCI, what speed your processor is (2 gHz or better, I hope), what the FBS is capable of handling, and what is the recommended card is for both the puter and the games.
Cnet.com usually has up to date reviews of all the major components, and if you ask on their "boards", I am sure you can get more current info.
There is no one, simple answer, check out all the above then go read up on all the cards that you can afford. The most expensive is not always the best.

There is no AGP slot on your motherboard / mainboard. So there's nothing to do.
If you have the AGP graphic slot - you can add even a : nVIDIA 7800 GS OC Video Card, 8X AGP, 256MB GDDR3 - less then 400$
